See how your yields compare to the best in SDSU’s 2018 late maturity corn hybrid trials.
The results are in from the South Dakota State University 2018 Corn Hybrid Yield Trials. The highest yield in the test of late-maturing hybrids was 290 bushels per acre at South Shore, S.D., for Channel's hybrid 201-28VT2PRIB. There was a 28-57 bushel per acre difference from the highest- to the lowest-yielding hybrids in the trials. Trials were conducted at Bancroft, Bath, Beresford, Miller, South Shore and Volga.
