Max Armstrong talks about the recent news that there's a Phase One trade deal with China including an increase of farm purchases. Max offers some added discussion regarding the trade deal including the cancellation of tariffs that were to go into effect Dec. 15; and a cut in tariff rates instituted in September. China has also committed to $40 billion in ag imports under the agreement.
